Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Remotion AI (remotion-ai.online) collects, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as the service allows: there are no user accounts, no tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics on this website.
1. What we collect
- Order correspondence. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your brief, including any brand assets you attach.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction under its own privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We never see or store your full payment card details.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and reliability. Logs are rotated and are not used for profiling.
2. How we use it
- To confirm, produce, and deliver the video you ordered.
- To provide the included revision round and after-sales support.
- To issue invoices and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send marketing email. Your brief and assets are used only to produce your video.
3. Who we share it with
- Paddle (payment processing, as merchant of record).
- Google (our email and file storage provider), which processes correspondence and delivered files as our service provider.
These providers may process data outside your country; both operate under recognized data-transfer safeguards. We share data with no one else unless required by law.
4. Retention
Order correspondence and delivered files are kept for as long as needed to support your order and meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion of your brief and assets at any time after delivery.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or request a copy in portable form. Email motion.mosaic.so@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
This service is directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
7. Changes and contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Questions: motion.mosaic.so@gmail.com.
