Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website remotion-ai.online and your purchase of videos from Remotion AI. Remotion AI is the trading name of Joaquin D Vicente (sole proprietor, Taiwan). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Remotion AI provides short, branded tutorial and explainer videos. Videos are composed and rendered by an automated, software-based video generation pipeline and delivered to you as MP4 files by email. Videos can include Traditional Chinese and English on-screen text and your supplied brand assets. This is a digital product generation service; we do not provide consulting, filming, or other professional human services.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed by email to motion.mosaic.so@gmail.com. Your order should state the topic, the approximate length, the language(s), and include any brand assets you want used. We will confirm the scope, the resulting price under the published tariff, and the expected delivery date by reply email before production begins. No contract exists until we have confirmed your order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are published on our pricing page and are determined by the finished video’s length: US$4 for videos up to 60 seconds, US$9 for 61–150 seconds, US$20 for 151–300 seconds, plus US$1 for each additional 15 seconds beyond 300 seconds. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (paddle.com). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns of payment. Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment transaction.

4. Delivery and revisions

The finished video is delivered as an MP4 file to the email address you ordered from. Each order includes one round of revisions covering text, timing, and similar corrections. Changes that alter the confirmed topic or extend the video’s length beyond the ordered tier are treated as a new order or a price adjustment under the tariff, agreed with you in advance.

5. Your materials

You warrant that any material you supply for inclusion in a video — logos, images, text, screenshots, audio — is owned by you or licensed to you, and that its use in the video does not infringe any third party’s rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supplied.

6. Acceptable use

We will decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order for a video that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading, or promotes such practices;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or promotes violence or discrimination;
• contains adult content, or promotes gambling or regulated financial products;
• impersonates a person or organization without authorization.

7. License and ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, distribute, and modify the delivered video for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We retain ownership of our underlying software, templates, and generation pipeline. We may display delivered videos as work examples unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. In short: full refund any time before production starts; after delivery, a revision round first, and a refund within 14 days if the video materially fails to match the confirmed brief.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
